SEED Insider

In our ongoing mission to help students explore the world through real-world innovation, we recently led a special learning journey to Hong Kong International Airport, in collaboration with the Airport Authority Hong Kong.

With exclusive access to the HKIA Innovation Lab, our students had the rare opportunity to experience how cutting-edge technologies — from biometric e-Security gates to digital twin systems, IoT, 5G connectivity, and autonomous vehicles — are shaping the future of aviation.

This wasn’t just a typical school visit — it was a professionally curated experience designed to spark imagination, connect classroom learning with top industry application, and give students first-hand exposure to one of Hong Kong’s leading industries. To strengthen their learning, we tailored a game-based challenge that encouraged students to reflect on what they learned and thought critically about how these technologies could be improved.

Opportunities like this are rare — and they don’t happen by chance. Behind each experience is our ongoing effort to push the boundaries of youth education by connecting students with emerging technologies across sectors.

Thank you to the Airport Authority Hong Kong for the generous support and collaboration — and to our students, whose curiosity, energy, and insights remind us why we do and what we do. Huge thanks to Cindy Chow Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund for opening this door for us — we’re so grateful for the thoughtful connection!
