In our latest Workplace Experience Program โ€“ Pre-Work Etiquette Workshop, we were honored to welcome Cindy Chow, Executive Director and CEO of our founding sponsor - Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund (AEF). Cindy connected with students by sharing real-world workplace etiquette advice and helped foster an encouraging, supportive environment for learning and growth.

One highlight of the workshop was a fun and interactive challenge where student teams presented their idea of the ideal workplace outfit โ€” with Cindy stepping in as judge to select the winning team. It was a light-hearted, yet meaningful way to connect etiquette with real-world expectations.

This visit was more than symbolic. It reflected AEFโ€™s ongoing commitment to youth empowerment โ€” showing what values-driven partnership truly looks like: being present, listening, and connecting with the next generation.

Weโ€™re deeply grateful to have a partner who shares our belief that preparing young people for the workforce isnโ€™t just about building skills โ€” itโ€™s about cultivating confidence, professionalism, and purpose.
