As we conclude the final session of our WXP Pre-Work Etiquette Workshop series last week, we’re celebrating a meaningful milestone for our students — many of whom is now stepping into their first professional workplaces experience this summer.
We are beyond grateful to have Dora Leung guiding our students for the fourth year in a row — not just as a facilitator, but as a true mentor shaping their professional mindset. Her Business Etiquette workshop does far more than teach office basics — it ignites self-awareness, builds confidence, and equips students with the tools to navigate complex workplace dynamics with clarity and respect. From mastering first impressions to communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates, Dora’s impact extends far beyond the classroom — setting our students up for real success in their one-month placements at 23 incredible host companies.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our amazing student buddies, who will be walking alongside our students throughout their one-month placement. These buddies will serve as their go-to “big brothers and sisters,” providing support, encouragement, and a safe space to ask questions they might hesitate to bring to a supervisor.
This year marks a new milestone for us — 65 students, 23 host companies, and countless opportunities ahead. As our fourth-year cohort embarks on this exciting chapter, we look forward to sharing their stories of growth, discovery, and transformation. The best is yet to come.
We can’t wait to witness the transformation ahead and share the stories of how these young talents rise to the challenge.
