Inside the Future of Work: Educator Immersion at Ant Bank (Hong Kong), AlipayHK and Alibaba Cloud

Last week, SEED Foundation hosted a purposeful and exclusive professional learning experience for secondary school educators in collaboration with Ant Bank (Hong Kong), AlipayHK and Alibaba Cloud. The event was designed to deepen educators’ understanding of how emerging technologies are redefining the future of work 🔍 and what that means for teaching, learning, and student guidance.

Through direct dialogue with industry leaders Yvonne Leung (CEO of Ant Bank HK), Keith Cheung (CMO of AlipayHK) and Thomas Poon (Head of Solutions Architect of Alibaba Cloud), educators were given rare access to current insights, workplace cultures and the evolving expectations of talent in the tech sector. Our CEO Ken also shared perspectives on the essential future skills students will need to thrive in tomorrow’s world and how schools can play a proactive role in preparing them.

We see educators not just as facilitators of learning but as catalysts of change. That’s why we are committed to designing future-facing experiences that connect them directly with the industries shaping how we live, work and learn. These experiences position educators as strategic partners in innovation and in shaping what comes next.
